At 4Property we understand the pressure that Agents are under, with services and portals all demanding high fees or share of commission, and, therefore, 4Bids is different.

1. The bidding will be a function of the agent’s own site, so users won’t be taken to another site with properties from other agents.
2. We won’t be asking for a cut of your hard-earned commission! Try it for free with your first 3 listings for free and then just a small fee of €25 per property enabled and once a first bid has been recieved. This fee will be invoiced on a per-property basis allowing agents to include this charge as part of the vendor’s marketing plan. No contract, just use this service as you require.

Simple and adaptable bidder verification will be included, email notifications, along with other controls to ensure Agents, Vendors, and Bidders all have a great experience.
