Also included, 4Property will fix any bugs or faults that occur with your site indefinitely (i.e., if a feature stops working it will be fixed, free of charge). - **Website Support*:** Dublin-based support team on hand to help with any other issue or support need e.g., text changes – update of telephone numbers email addresses etc. However, there is also an inbuilt CMS where Agents can update these details themselves (and our support team are also on hand to help clients use the CMS). * Fair usage applies: Requested amendments, edits, and changes are catered for up to 1 man-hour per quarter, on average. Full content management and ongoing development contracts can be arranged, if required. However, this fair usage limit does not apply for any work deemed as essential website maintenance or the fixing of broken functionality or features (this work will always be included as part of the €45 monthly fee).
