For 20 years, 4Property (formerly 4PM) has been providing technology solutions specifically for the property industry and currently deals with over 25% of the Estate & Letting Agent offices across Ireland. Over 200 offices with over 600 Individual Agents use Acquaint CRM on a daily basis with 4Property providing a full service of installation, migration of legacy data, training, and support from our Dublin based office.
4Property have also designed, developed & hosted hundreds of Estate Agent websites since 2000. In 2018, in response to change in user behaviour with the move to mobile, 4Property launched 4Sites. This service utilizes specially in-house built templates that are super-light yet provide all the functionality of a modern property website.
In 2019, 4Property launched iPPi, Ireland’s largest database of residential properties providing property professionals with Market Reports, Appraisals & Valuation tools.
The staff skill & experience profile of 4Property, in addition to the requisite technology capabilities, includes fully qualified property experts and also experience with major newspaper publishing groups & online property portals.

The 4Property team are based in 129 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2. Our Dublin location and excellent facilities allow us to fully support, maintain and provide training for or range of services.

CEO
John is CEO of the 4pm/4Property group, with over 20 years experience in design and technology specializing in real estate operation, publishing and financial systems.
As CTO at iPPi, John leads the engineering team and ensures the execution and success of iPPi.
When he’s not working, John’s interests include basketball and rugby.
