**Location: Remote (however must be available for meetings during GMT office working hours)
Job Type: Contract**

**Description:**

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is also important.

**Responsibilities:**

- Designing and implementing new features and functionality for WordPress sites.
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design.
- Optimizing website performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Providing timely resolution to reported problems with existing websites.

**Key Skills:**

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Chrome inspector, etc.
- Familiarity with WordPress-specific code standards (WPCS) and customizations.

**Education and Experience:**

- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.

**Additional Qualities:**

- Good communication skills
- Proficient written and oral English language skills
- Team work and can do attitude.
