In order to change the order of properties displayed in a property grid, head over to the Property Drive menu item -> Design tab, find the Grid Order dropdown option and select the desired one.
The available options are:
Native property order (default, by date published in WordPress)
This is the default one, where properties are ordered based on status AND publishing date in your WordPress CMS. Use this option if you publish your properties manually.
Native property order (default, by date published at source)
This is the property order based on status AND publishing date in your data feed (Acquaint, Daft, MyHome, Reapit, Rightmove). Use this option if you manage your properties externally (Acquaint, Daft, MyHome, Reapit, Rightmove).
Native property order (by date modified)
This is the property order based on status AND last modification date.
Last modified
This is the property order based on last modification date. Note that using this option would display both active and inactive properties.
Manual (drag & drop to reorder, not recommended)
This is the property order based on your selection. Use this option if you publish your properties manually and are happy to drag the properties up and down to change their order.
Note #1: Active properties are For Sale, For Auction and To Let properties and inactive properties are Sale Agreed, Sold, Let Agreed and Let properties.
Note #2: Property status order is active properties first (For Sale, For Auction, To Let) and inactive properties second (Sale Agreed, Sold, Let Agreed, Let).
