Step 1: Navigate to Calendar Settings and Input the Essentials
Start by logging in to your 4MarketCRM account > Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings
Within the Calendars Tab, click “Create Calendar,” then choose the Calendar type option.
Input the Essentials: Provide the necessary information for your service calendar such as:
Service Name: Give your calendar a descriptive name.
Service Description: Add a brief description to help users understand the purpose of the calendar.
Staff Assignment and URL: Select the staff members who will be assigned to the service you’re creating the calendar for. Additionally, define a calendar slug or URL that will determine the link to your calendar.
Duration: Specify the duration of your service
Availability: Set your calendar’s availability
Make sure to assign yourself and/or other team members to the calendar under ‘Select Team Member’ settings.
Step 2. Sync your 4MarketCRM system calendar with your linked Google business calendar
This is necessary so that events created in your 4MarketCRM calendar get copied to your normal Google Business Calendar and vice versa. (You need to be logged in to 4MarketCRM with your Google account for this syncing to occur – go to Settings > Integrations and log into your Google account (instructions here) if you have not done this)
You have the option to add additional linked calendars to avoid conflicts. Therefore, the 4MarketCRM calendar will not provide a particular time slot if that time slot is taken in one of your linked calendars.
Click the ‘Connections’ tab in Settings > Calendar. Add/Edit linked calendars as appropriate.
Click ‘Advance Settings’ to choose 1-way or 2-way sync (1-way sync is recommended)
Step 3. Share the link to your 4MarketCRM calendar.
When you have configured all your calendar options – you can share the link to your 4MarketCRM calendar. Select 3 dots beside your calendar and select ‘Share’
Select ‘Copy’ button to share the calendar permalink and add it to your email signature or add to a webpage.
