## New User/Bidder

New bidder notifications (new user registration in WordPress) are sent to all emails set in **WP Property Drive** → **4Bids** → **General Settings** → **Email & Notification Settings**.

Whenever a new user creates an account in WordPress, there is no property data attached to it, therefore the notification only goes to the general email address(es) set up below.

## 4Bids Document Upload

Bidder document upload notifications are sent to all emails set in **WP Property Drive** → **4Bids** → **General Settings** → **Email & Notification Settings**.

## 4Bids Document Upload + Property Verification Request

If the bidder also selects a property to be verified for, then notifications are being sent to:

- All emails set in **WP Property Drive** → **4Bids** → **General Settings** → **Email & Notification Settings** (see screenshot above)
- Agent email attached to the property (coming from the property feed) (see screenshot below)

**Note:** If a custom agent email is set in the WordPress property editor, 4Bids section (see screenshot below), then notifications will **only** be sent to this email address (skipping the original agent and the general notification emails).
