# How to remove old Property Drive properties

Sometimes, old properties might be available in our legacy **Property Drive** database. They are not linked to any portal or CRM ([Acquaint](https://acquaint.ie/), Daft, MyHome) and they can be safely deleted.

Here are the steps:

1. Log into your [https://old.4pm.ie/](https://old.4pm.ie/) account with your credentials:

2. Select the status and property type – **Sales** or **Lettings**, **Residential** or **Commercial** – and get a table listing of all your properties:

3. Delete any property without a source (see the **Source** column) by clicking the 🚫 icon or by selecting multiple properties, then selecting an action from the **Action** dropdown -> **Change State** -> **Deleted**.

If the property has a source value, then you will need to delete the property at the source.

The next time the feed importer runs (usually up to one hour), the properties will be deleted from your website, as well.
