4Property is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage campaigns for our estate agent clients and for 4Property’s own marketing activity.
The role will sit mainly within 4Market, our digital marketing service for estate agents. This is an established service offering that has been developed over the last two years and is already supporting 10 clients. We expect the right candidate to help us improve the service and grow this client base over time.
Most of the work will be across Google Ads, including paid search, display and remarketing campaigns. There may also be occasional work across other digital advertising platforms and wider digital marketing tasks where required.
In Ireland, estate agents earn their commission from vendors. That means many campaigns are not simply about generating general website traffic. The real challenge is to identify and attract potential vendors in a tight, highly competitive property market.
We need someone who understands that campaign success is not just clicks and impressions. The campaign needs to work commercially for the agent.
We are looking for someone who can think laterally, test different angles and work through a problem that many agencies and marketing companies are trying to solve.
You should be able to combine technical Google Ads knowledge with strong messaging, landing page thinking and commercial judgement.

The role is mainly Google Ads management, but we are looking for someone adaptable rather than someone who will only work within a narrow technical remit.

Google Ads is changing quickly
From September 2026, Google will automatically upgrade campaigns using Dynamic Search Ads, automatically created assets and campaign-level broad match settings to AI Max for Search campaigns. This is part of a wider move toward more AI-led search targeting, creative generation, search term matching and landing page selection.
For 4Market, this matters because our campaigns are focused on a difficult objective: generating vendor leads for estate agents in a tight Irish property market. As Google gives AI more influence over targeting, messaging and final URL selection, we need to be even more deliberate about account structure, conversion data, landing pages, exclusions, reporting and campaign strategy.
What we need from this role
We are not looking for someone who simply accepts platform automation without question. We need someone who can work with the changes, understand the implications and help us build a stronger strategy around them.

You should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally for lead generation.
The role is remote-first, but you must be available for meetings and communication during Irish office hours.
Remote work requires proactive communication, responsiveness and a willingness to engage as part of the team.
Native-level English is important because campaign messaging, search intent and landing page copy often depend on small language nuances.
You should be comfortable reviewing and improving ads and landing page messaging.
